Last updated: 16 July 2026
1. Data controller
The controller of personal data collected through TTHub is Giuseppe Russo, based in Turin, Italy. Contact: info@tthub.it.
2. Personal data we collect
Through the survey we may collect the following data:
- name and email address, when provided voluntarily
- answers submitted through the survey
- submission date and time
- traffic source, such as direct access or campaign
- technical and statistical data about use of the website
3. Purposes of processing
We use the data to validate interest in TTHub, understand table tennis players’ needs, design future services, produce aggregate statistics, contact people who have provided an email address and consent, and maintain the security and operation of the website.
4. Legal basis
Processing survey answers is based on the participant’s consent. Email updates are sent only after specific consent, which may be withdrawn at any time. Technical processing may also rely on the controller’s legitimate interest in protecting the service.
5. Providing data
Taking part in the survey is voluntary. Required answers are necessary to submit it; name and email are optional where indicated.
6. Retention
Data is retained for the time needed to validate and develop the project and no longer than 24 months from collection, unless a longer period is required by law. You may request earlier deletion and withdraw communication consent at any time.
7. Recipients and service providers
Data may be processed by Supabase for database and backend infrastructure, Vercel for hosting, delivery and technical analytics, and authorised collaborators where necessary. Data is not sold or disclosed to third parties for their own commercial purposes.
8. Transfers outside the EEA
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, transfers use safeguards recognised by applicable law, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
9. Your rights
You may contact info@tthub.it to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability where applicable, objection, or withdrawal of consent without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
10. Complaints
You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority or another competent supervisory authority.
11. Children
The survey is not intentionally intended to independently collect personal data from children who cannot validly consent under applicable law.
12. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated if the project, the data collected or the providers change. The latest update date will always appear at the top of this page.
